You can shop all TheLumous lamps directly on our website.
We currently operate online only, offering direct delivery to your door.

We primarily ship within the United States, and also deliver to select international markets.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $150.

Shipping costs for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.

 


 

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

l United States: 7–14 business days

l International: 7–14 business days (may vary by location)

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

 


 

Can I edit or cancel my order?

You can request changes or cancellations before your order ships.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by:

l logging into your account and viewing your order details

l checking the shipping confirmation email sent after dispatch

Tracking information will allow you to follow your package until delivery.

What if my order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please try the following:

1.Check with neighbors or household members

2.Look around your delivery area for hidden placement

3.Allow up to 48 hours, as carriers may mark items delivered early

If your package still hasn’t arrived after 3 business days, please contact us at heye@northdoo.com with your order number and we’ll help resolve the issue.
