Our lamps are produced using a digital manufacturing approach centered around on-demand 3D printing. Instead of producing large quantities in advance, designs are created as they are needed. This helps reduce unnecessary waste while allowing more flexibility in how products are made.
By working with experienced production partners and carefully developed processes, we are able to produce distinctive lighting designs while keeping production thoughtful and efficient.

Once the design is finalized, components are produced using industrial 3D printing equipment. Each piece is built layer by layer to form the final structure of the lamp.

During production, each printed component is assigned a unique identification code. This allows parts to be tracked throughout the process and helps maintain consistency across production.

After printing, components go through a careful finishing process. Surfaces are prepared and treated to achieve the final color, texture, and appearance.

Electrical components such as LEDs, switches, and wiring are integrated into the lamp structure. Each unit is assembled with attention to fit and functionality.

Before leaving production, every lamp is inspected and tested to ensure it meets our standards for appearance and performance.
